In the 1980's The band Journey was my all time favorite rock group. I first saw them in concert in 1979 in L. A. while stationed at 29 Palms in California. They were doing the "Captured Tour" and I was completely blown away by the energy and the music of those 5 guys on stage. I have seen them live 7 times since 1979, and each time even throughout all the bands re-incarnations, they still maintain that same level of musical impact. Journey was then and still remains my favorite band, so much of their music defined and highlighted parts of my life, that they will always be a part of me.
